Lisa Weigum

Community Counseling, Substance Abuse Prevention Head

Lisa Weigum has been working in community health for nearly a decade, with a focus on substance use disorders, mental health promotion, and trauma. She has an undergraduate degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics with a concentration in Public Administration from Eastern Oregon University. Lisa is an active member of her community, currently serving on numerous boards and advisory councils, including the John Day/Canyon City Parks and Recreation Board of Directors, is appointed to the Eastern Oregon Healthy Living Alliance Board, and is the Chairman for the Grant and Harney County Court Appointed Specials Advocate (CASA) board, as well as a member of the Community Advisory Council for Eastern Oregon Coordinator Care Organization, the Community Advisory Council for the City of John Day and Community Health Needs Council for Blue Mt. Hospital. Lisa enjoys spending time in the great outdoors, traveling, and of course, Netflix and chill with her dogs Maggie, Frank, and Meadow.
