Didgette McCracken works throughout the county with her state team addressing needs in Career and College Access, Degree Completion, and Community and Economic Development. Prior to her work with OSU she worked in the K-12 school system as a teacher for 20 years.  Didgette has an undergraduate degree in Mathematics with a minor in Secondary Education and Rangeland Resources from Eastern Oregon University and a graduate degree in Mathematics from Portland State University. Together, with her husband and two children, they operate a cattle ranch in the John Day valley.
