Jessica Winegar has been in the healthcare field for many years. While attending Blue Mountain Community College she obtained her LPN license in 2004 and then completed her Associate of Applied Science in Nursing in 2005 to become an RN. Jessica most recently completed her BSN in 2018 through the Southern New Hampshire University’s online program. She is currently working on her Master of Nursing at Maryville University with the plan to become an FNP. Jessica became the Grant County Health Department Manager in April 2015. Jessica has several different roles at the health department including coordinator positions, county jail nurse, the school-based health center nurse and coordinator along with helping to assure the clinic runs smoothly. In her spare time, Jessica spends time watching her children during sporting events and spending time with her family. Jessica enjoys working with our communities to promote overall health and wellness.
